Curry Scramble
This is a simple, tasty change from the classic scrambled egg meal.

- 1 Large bowl
- 1 12" skillet
Ingredients
- 8 ea Eggs
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp Curry powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Ground cardamom
- 2 ea Medium tomatoes, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, curry powder, salt, pepper and cardamom until blended.8 ea Eggs, 1/4 cup Milk, 1/2 tsp Curry powder, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/8 tsp Pepper, 1/8 tsp Ground cardamom
- Place a lightly greased large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture; cook and stir until eggs are thickened and no liquid egg remains.
