  • 1 Large bowl
  • 1 12" skillet

Ingredients

  • 8 ea Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Ground cardamom
  • 2 ea Medium tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, curry powder, salt, pepper and cardamom until blended.
    8 ea Eggs, 1/4 cup Milk, 1/2 tsp Curry powder, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/8 tsp Pepper, 1/8 tsp Ground cardamom
  • Place a lightly greased large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture; cook and stir until eggs are thickened and no liquid egg remains.
  • Serve with tomatoes.
