Add the onion, garlic, and jalapeno to a food processor and pulse until the onion is about 1/4" in size.
1/2 cup White onion, roughly chopped, 1 clove Garlic, roughly chopped, 1/2 ea Jalapeno with ribs and seeds removed, roughly chopped
Drain the fluid from the can of diced tomatoes with green chilis and add to the food processor.
10 oz Canned diced tomatoes with chilis
Add the fire-roasted diced tomatoes with juices to the food processor along with the sugar, salt, cumin, cilantro, and lime juice.
14.5 oz Canned fire-roasted diced tomatoes, 1/4 tsp Sugar, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Cumin, 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro, roughly chopped, 1/2 ea Lime, juiced
Pulse the mixture in the food processor until the desired consistency.
Taste the salsa and add sugar, salt, and lime as desired.
