Peppermint Whipped Cream

- 1 cup Heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 3/4 tsp Peppermint extract
Place metal bowl and beaters in the freezer for 15 minutes or longer.
Add cold, heavy whipping cream, sugar, and peppermint in a cold mixing bowl. Beat on high speed until fluffy and spreadable. Don't over-beat, or it will turn buttery. It only takes less than 2 min to make fresh whipped cream.
