In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
1-1/2 cups Flour, 1 Tbsp Sugar, 3-1/2 tsp Baking powder, 1/4 tsp Salt
Add in melted butter, milk, and egg and mix with a spoon until smooth.
3 Tbsp Butter, melted, 1-1/4 cups Milk, 1 ea Egg
Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat. Scoop the batter onto the skillet, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, about 2 to 3 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter.
