The fawns are becoming more comfortable and less skittish. The fawns meet my brother and sister-in-law at the barn like the adults and hang out in the round pen for the horses.
Flying
I got my private pilot’s certificate in 1995. I always wanted to fly and approached the process as challenging and adventurous. I learned on a grass strip west of Gainesville, FL, in small single-engine Cessna 150 and 152 aircraft. I progressed to larger planes, complex aircraft (landing gear, prop pitch), and the Gainesville airport. I
The Horses
They were having some fun. These guys don’t mind sharing their space. Well, except for those scary squirrels!
New Fawn
First new Fawn of the year, only a few days old. All the does are very attentive and watchful.
