Masala Chai
Masala chai is a creamy, spiced tea made with black tea, spices, milk, and sweetener.

- 1 32oz pot
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Masala tea spices
- 6 tsp Loose leaf black tea
- 8 oz Whole milk Oat milk is also good
Instructions
- Add water and masala tea spices to a pot, and bring it to a boil.1 tsp Masala tea spices
- Add loose black tea and let it boil for 3 minutes.6 tsp Loose leaf black tea
- Add milk and bring to a full rolling boil (until you like the color of the chai), then turn off the heat.8 oz Whole milk
- Strain into teacups.
- Add sweetener if desired.
